DRAMA.
hmmm..sal said i'm her drama princess, cos she's the queen. haha! that's true. ;p in fact, i have my weekly drama therapy scheduled every thursday, friday and sunday:

Prison Break II - 10.30pm [Thurs]

cheng liang said season 1 was more exciting, but i'm really enjoying season 2. maybe because i can't enough of FBI Agent Alexander Mahone - William Fictner, i don't care what other people think or say. [that means you steph and sal..haa!] i don't care that he's 51 and you can see his hair line, he is my favourite character of the show. i think he's born to act characters like sheriff, FBI agent and cop, he has got a bachelor's degree in criminal justice mind you. ;) i just like the intensity of his eyes, facial expression and actions. caught my attention when i first saw him in The Longest Yard as Captain Knauer. he may always be labeled as the 'bad guy' but there's just something that attract you to the character, or is it just me? lols! anyway, after searching on the net, he acted in numerous famous movies, including Armageddon, The Perfect Storm, Black Hawk Down and Crash. besides, who can take their eyes off wentworth miller right? so if you see them, call my number. HAHA. xD


Supernatural I - 10.00pm [Fri]


the hottest ghost busters, lissa said she preferred The Ghost Whisperer instead of watching 2 guys catching ghosts. lissa, it's 2 super cuteee guys we're talking here! lols! x) but i love ghost whisperer too. it's kind of scary, but it just cracks me up every time they pretend to be some insurance agents, cops and last week was priests. haa! i missed quite a few episodes, i must source for it soon. =)

Ugly Betty I - 10.00pm [Sun]


this is one heck of a drama, it makes you laugh like mad and gets you tearing next moment. i like the fact that they picture realistic stories for every characters, showing their ups and downs, good and bad, source of happiness & pride and deepest sorrows & pain. i like that. =) America Ferrera, such a brilliant actress, and really she's one hot mama out of betty's shadow. take a look:


all these dramas, i can still catch on tv, what about those that i can't, like Heroes and Grey's Anatomy? hmmm..i'm getting to it somehow, sal just let me watch episode 1 of heroes and that's it. now it's till episode 18, end of season 1. and grey's anatomy, i'll catch up, somehow. hopefully. *fingers crossed* :)






WE MET THE ROBINSONS! :)

a movie after quite a while, watched Meet The Robinsons with charmaine, cheng liang and shui sheng @ PS. such a cute, funny and heartwarming show. love the storyline and the characters. the great twist of past, present and future. worth watching. ;) i need to watch more movies, hopefully can watch Smokin' Aces with steph this friday. i bet it's gonna be pretty funny cos' Ryan Reynolds is acting inside, and i can't wait to see how Alicia Keys perform in her debut movie. so movie anyone? ;)

CHRIS DAUGHTRY - SENSATIONAL PERFORMER

i wonder what i've been doing for the past few months other than projects and exams, i gave up on the latest music, doing mask, exercising and who knows what. i guess my stress meter hit the peak. at this point of time, i feel relieved, alive and breathing although i'm working and packed with friends' outings & birthdays, at least i'm able to do something i enjoy. i can listen to new songs i've discovered, meet up with old friends that i missed, shop using my own money, watch awesome dramas, do something nice for my family and friends. this is the life. =) can't get enough of it. too bad i'm still figuring out who i am and who i want to be, what i want to do, which path to take. but it's ok, i'll take my time.

ok back to chris daughtry, he totally took his music to the next level, a real life capable performer. when i search for his videos on youtube, i got to see some performances he did on American Idol which were amazing, being able to 'personalize' others' songs and stand firm on his own style and identity. despite being a rocker, he is able to pick up different genre which is really cool. Although he sounds a little like nickelback, creed and artiste along that line, his voice is smoother and more soothing i would say. i've been listening to his songs in my iPod everyday: Over You, Home, It's Not Over, What About Now.

you know what? i wouldn't even notice his songs until i heard Home in American Idol, where they will play in those elimination video clips. i told my brother, it's a nice song and i just search without a clue of the artiste and title. lucky me, i found it. ;) it's fated! haha. i posted a few videos of his performance which i really like. enjoy. :)

SLEEPYHEAD.

work was unbearable, just couldn't get my eyes open. the worst is, out of ALL days, today HAS TO be the busiest day for everyone in the office, at least it is the busiest day ever since i start working. bosses walking past me now and then, colleagues going around the office, couldn't even rest my eyes for 5 minutes. x_x i don't know why i'm so tired, probably because i slept at 2 plus last night. seriously, ever since i start working, sleeping late is no longer an option for me. i need at least 7 hours of sleep everyday plus coffee every morning. while i was trying very hard to stare at the computer screen, guess what? all i could think of is prison break tomorrow! HAA. xp

i didn't even watch season 1, yet i'm addicted to season 2. so i guess i'll need to go back to season 1 while catching season 2. wonder how long it's going to take me. hmmm..btw, anyone catch the song advertising for this week episode of PB, i'm so addicted to it. i thought it sounds like chris daughtry, before you know it, it is and it's in my iTunes. cool..it's called Over You . can't help but to put up on my blog. ;)

there's just so many dramas i need to catch up with and continue watching, let's see: ugly betty, prison break I & II, supernatural, my boss my hero..so much to watch, so little time. well..so much for now, off to shower and straight to bed. good night. but before that, a little sweet dream remedy for everyone. x)






STAY HOME KID.

met baby yesterday at square 2 to pass her the long awaited cheque and have dinner together. when girls get money, they shop. jalan jalan in square 2, we targeted for bags and as usual we were distracted, sal bought a really cool watch for just $12. good buy! :D headed home, and watched supernatural, baby i think sam gets cuter as you continue watching the show. ;p

till now, it has rained thrice, HEAVILY. mum was actually all ready for her weekly prayers at the temple, but she didn't go because she was afraid that the house will flood and i'll be left alone in our very own swimming pool. yea, my house floods, no kidding. ;) i got bored and wanted to brush up my photography skills, that is if i had any. -.-" so i took random shots of the rain.

after 2 failed attempts of meeting janice and stephanie, lissa, rini, i stayed home and rest. well..no big deal, i always love staying at home with 2 of my most trusted pals, my bed and my tv. lols! just when i thought it's going to be a boring, lazy saturday, it turns out way better. ;) i woke up having the craving for 'tang yuan' (glutinous rice balls) and so i took the flour and make my own tang yuan. seriously, i don't know why i like them so much, it is full of carbo but it is also full of embracing sweetness. =) since we started on food, let's move on to dinner.

whoo! mum cooked chicken cutlet with thigh fillets. ladies and gentlemen, nothing beats that i promise you. you can hear the yummy crunch when she was chopping it up. LOLS. i think dinner don't have to be filled with expensive dishes, simple home cooked meal to eat to your heart's content is just as satisfying. my mum is a superwoman because she know and can do almost everything. i find that admirable. ;) wish she could read my blog, unfortunately the only thing that she is completely helpless about, is technology. hees. ^^

ZOUK FOR THE FIRST TIME. ;)

reached home at around 4:30am after spending the whole night at zouk, i must say it is much smaller than i expected. we were there early, around 10 plus. amelia, janice, cherie, yih dar, heng huat and i took a bus there. first we were at mambo, but i really can't dance to the music there, can't find the groove + i'm a lousy dancer. ;p then we squeezed ourselves into phuture, like cherie said, it was packed to the brim. but loved the music, had so much fun dancing with my girls and of course our 2 loyal buddies. hees. i wasn't feeling my best, in fact i almost lost my voice towards the end. well..it was all worth it, my first clubbing experience with ace-J. :)

hey birthday girl wake up. i know it's your first time clubbing. get used to the night life sweety. learn it from amelia & heng. ;p the never ending friendship. ♥


i know A LOT of people will be cursing and nagging after reading this entry, people like candy, stephanie and beverly after the many failed attempts of asking me to club. haa! i enjoy the music and company, but only on SPECIAL occasions eh. =) i remember my first clubbing experience was with steph and bev after steph's 19th birthday celebration, i wasn't given a choice and they got the "IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!" excuse so..there it goes.

i'm just glad i took half day off in the morning at work, so i still got to sleep till 12pm before i get my butt to work. *phew* my cough is getting worst i think, i mean clubbing, drinking, staying up late at night, no amount of chinese medicine my mum made can cure me. HAA! but thank you mummy for buying and brewing all those zhong yao. i love you. ;) i think my appetite is getting out of control ever since i start working, like i'm really hungry when i return home for dinner, today i had 1 and a half bowl of rice, i haven't have that much rice for dinner for a long time. it's always 1/2 or 3/4 bowl for me. someone please help me before i become a chubbier pig than i am now.

REST & REWARDS.

Rest - time for plenty of rest, although i just recovered from my fever and sore throat, my flu is still bugging me and now i got cough. it's like a sequence, once it's started, you got to have it all before it ends. yesterday there's an event at four seasons hotel, all i did was constantly making trips to the washroom, to blow my nose, although the washroom is undeniably comfy and luxurious. ;) that's why today is off day, but i really can't take off often because all i do is watch tv and eat. the strange thing is my appetite doesn't seems to be affected by my illness. darn it. instead of shedding a few kilos, i think i gain a few. -.-"

Rewards- after about a month of work, i need some rewards, i just bought myself a new set of facial products, the new body shop seaweed skin care products. got the cleansing solution, toner and moisturizer. but i want more, in fact i've set my shopping list when my pay cheque is not even here. well, my ace-J are waiting for me at novena now, tonight we're going to club at zouk to celebrate cherie's birthday. shall post the pictures on the next post. now, i'm going to find some brown top cos' they're all wearing brown! ciaos! ;)




SHE'S BACK BABY! ;)

yups i'm back! my dear cherie just reminded me that my old blog has been dead for 1 year, as my last entry was on heng's 19th birthday, we just celebrated his 20th birthday 2 days ago. lols! so i finally decided to re-create another blog, so that you guys know what's going on in my life, in case i go missing or what, right cherie? ;) hees.

omg.. i can't believe i'm getting myself into the same kind of crap again, please don't bug me for updates, thank you very much.

here comes april, seriously i wish i could just hide somewhere throughout the month, there's just too many birthdays going on. tell me why must they all born in the same month?! let's see who's birthday: heng huat, yih dar, candy, cherie, amelia, pauline, my uncle and i really don't want to know others. i have more than 5 sms on my hp inviting me to birthday bbq, party, chalet..a big hole in my pocket! candy thank you for the job intro, i need the money. ;p

not only that, the chicken wings, bee hoon and hot dogs have finally took me down with fever and sore throat yesterday. what to do? for friends, liang lei cha dao. HAA! can't be more happier meeting up with old buddies and celebrating with friends. bev going to australia soon for university, i'm going to miss her. cherie is going to the states with her family. heard that lissa might be going over to australia to further her studies too. seems like everyone is leaving here for at least a year or two, i just wish they could find their own patch of paradise somewhere. no matter where you guys are, you have my blessings. =) it's quite a long first entry, so let's move on to the photos:
